1. High quality galvanized metal body (Wall thickness 1.2mm, 1,5mm,2mm or 3mm)
2. Corrosion and Rust resistant
3. Painting is done with nano-technological electrostatic powder paint technique.
4. All of our generator enclosures are designed to allow the maximum required airflow so that the engine does not overheat.
5. Standard 3mm Egg type acoustic foam is used as sound absorbing material, l 4mm flat type acoustic foam and other options are available. Acoustic foams are non-flammable, liquid and dustproof.
Super silent canopies are produced with 10 cm thick Rockwool on their walls.
Acoustic foam is applied to all interior surfaces. It reaches 65 -75dB (A) at 7 meters as standard.

7. It is packaged as disassembled for easy and economical transportation. It is easily assembled.It takes up less space during storage.

9. Our soundproof generator cabinets are produced with 4 or 6 doors depending on the size to facilitate the maintenance of the generator. Easy access to the control panel is provided.

12. Screws used in generator sets are stainless and not visible from the outside. Stainless steel hinges and locks are used on the doors of the canopies.
13. Design suitable for Stamford, leroy somer and all alternator brands, -Perkins, Mitsubishi, BAUDOUIN Cummins and all other engine brands
14. Hinges, locks, bolts and fittings are all accessible only from inside our enclosures. Thus, it provides a more aesthetic appearance and makes it difficult for unauthorized persons to access. Stronger fittings and locks are applied where security is more sensitive.
15. Flexible Adjustable Size that can be adapted to suit a variety of engines and engine configurations.
