Generator Chassis ( Fuel Tank ) Production

Cutting, bending, welding and painting processes of the generator chassis with a special design and the product is delivered to the end user in a finished form.

Quality Control :
After bending, the joints are checked.
Fuel Tank sealing weld control is done.
Before painting, the material is carefully cleaned.
After baking in a 180 degree powder coating oven, the paint thickness is checked.
Generator sets have an internal fuel tank that feeds them directly. To make sure the generator set is working properly, simply check the fuel level. In some cases, a larger external tank is added to maintain or feed the fuel level in the generator's inner tank, perhaps to increase fuel consumption or generator runtime, or to keep the number of refueling operations to a minimum.
